Pension LTA - Again......

Right have just has some chancer on the phone explaining how I can get a 30-35x my annual benefit. I said very interesting but what about the fact this will whack me over the LTA. He then goes on to say there is a way as I have been working overseas to increase the LTA.
I've never heard anything of the sort. Is this something I've missed or is he just feeding me a lure to get me talking to them?
& assuming he's right about the 30-35x does this represent a good deal these days?

However, if you called them then it is different, but if you and him do not know the exact value, then this does not sound good at all.
If you do have a 30 - 35 times CETV then this may well be something to consider, but equally it may not.
