High Frequency Trading - Scam?

Has anyone used/come across the below or similar trading setups? I see they are advertising on Angel Investing Network, but wonder how this model works? Is this a scam to take deposits and then close the 'trading' platform?

What sort of organisation puts something like this on their website:
"This console is a perfect example of the type of software that a colossal financial institution would use to achieve those 7 figure bonuses that their brokers cash in year on year and we have designed these pieces of software which execute the signals given by the algorithms we design for years we as a company have primarily either sold the software or leased it to institutions and used it for our own teams trading accounts with the different models and consoles we have created over the years we have collaborated the best parts and pieces to get the PROBOT HFT system and now finally offer the system direct to private clients."
One sentance, no punctuation. That should give you a clue.

The registered company, FXCM UK MERGER LIMITED, is interesting. It has the name of a broker that's had a few run-ins with regulators and the same address as their UK HQ.
They're also using the FCA logo on the site, although there's regulation information anywhere, not that FCA will care.
