Imported a Car, Paid VAT, Now Exporting it - Claim Tax Back?

I imported a car from the USA in 2018 and as it was under 30 years old (28years), I paid VAT on it.

I am now selling it, and the buyer is from Sweden - Can I claim any of the VAT back?
