Planning approved to build a one bed apartment in our garden - just need the funds!
We already have a holiday let in the grounds with a turnover of approx £28k and profit of £20k, also have full time employment.
Halfway into a santander fixed rate mortgage which i cannot change without big penalties. But do have decent equity
Spoken to my bank, Natwest, for a personal loan who initially seemed keen but need to make an appointment at a larger branch - no appointments for 2 weeks!
Anything else to consider?
