My old investment manager pleads guilty

My old investment company "Lonist" run by a Joe Lewis (not the successful one) pleaded guilty at southwark crown court yesterday.

He ran a very elaborate scam along the lines of Madoff.

Thankfully no, the "made up" returns were so good I took my initial investment in dribs and drabs, by the time it collapsed I was about evens. It went on for a good number of years, possibly 20.
Many were not so lucky and lost fortunes.
I'd say less than 20% came forward to say they were investors.
