Oz house sold wish to buy in UK
Discussion
When I used to work in Australia I used to use HIFX (Now known as XE apparently) to transfer money to the UK.
Does your sister need a mortgage? When I returned to the UK I found a number of lenders were not keen to lend as I had not lived in the UK for the previous 2 (might have been 3, I can't remember) years.

Yes, lot of lenders will have a problem with any foreign address history in the last three years as it's difficult to form a credit scoring.....there are lenders who do it though!Does your sister need a mortgage?
