Query on finance settlement.

I've just concluded a payment to a finance company and I'm a bit lost with the meanings on my transactions section (on the app) if anyone could help explain it to me. The (£) at the end is just the figures.

Rev.marg. on early settlement (£)

Rev.adv. on early settlement (£)

Fee due (B) (£)

Option fee due - spread (£)

Rebate (£)

Cash flow rebate (£)

Rebate fees spread (£)

Then obviously the last one my settlement payment.
