Sole trader / paying for health treatment

I’m a sole trader, and currently having treatment for work related injuries.
I’m paying privately (don’t have health insurance) at £45 per session for golfers/ tennis elbow etc.

Is it possible to put this through my business?

No. You can't even put the costs of health insurance down as an an allowable expense.

I was told that in general to be claimable an expense has to be solely & neccesary for the business so generic polo shirt, not allowable but a branded polo shirt yes. My accountant used to apportion anything like a new laptop or printer on the basis I could use it for personal use & given that I worked from home a lot it would be difficult to say I never used them for personal use.
