We have just sold our place, and two unannounced emails arrvied from Credas/home move reports, asking to verify identification.....


Is this something new in the housing market or is my spidey sense rightly off the scale ?

What would happened if they'd gone into spam?

e-mail seems a very unreliable way to send something that could be very important.
