Collating Old Workplace Pensions
Discussion
Is your current provider one administering a scheme at your employer or is it a personal pension? If it's an employers scheme then the first step is to find out if they accept transfers in. If the other pensions are Defined Benefit pensions you may find it difficult to move them but it's easier with Defined Contribution pensions. You'd still need to check they don't have valuable benfits attached which you might lose.
If your current scheme won't take in transfers then you could open a SIPP & the new provider will do themajority of the work of transferring.

If you have the details of them - I found it pretty simple
With small pensions I collated them all and opened up a Pensionbee account and migrated them all into that (they were all fairly small £2.5k-£3k so felt fairly safe moving them as not much in the way of defined benefits etc.)
When I "found" a lost pension with considerably more in I got in touch with an IFA and they have merged everything into one of their offerings after having checked that is was in my best interests and I wasn't losing anything by doing so
A few forms to fill in and that was pretty much it tbh
Pensions were in a range of schemes through Aviva, Royal London, Nest etc and all made it pretty painless to be honest

I transferred 3 small pots into a sipp. If its less than 30k total (I think?) You don't need to take advice.
I just filled in some forms, with the new provider (I'm with bestinvest) and the rest was taken care of by them pretty much.
Quite easy, and I'm enjoying managing the sipp myself.

Have moved 3 pensions of mine recently into AJ Bell SIPP to consolidate so I don't lose track.
Most of the big providers use an online platform (which the name escapes me) which makes the transfers automated online from provider to provider.
Once you've decided on a SIPP provider, you fill out some simple online forms. 2 were transferred over the online platform, the other one just needed the form to be printed and posted as opposed to being submitted online, but all sorted in less than a 2-3 weeks.
Whole process was nice and easy.
Edit: Didn't read OP well, transferring into your current employers scheme maybe completely different!
