Ever changing tax code.. accountant recommendation

Through a very tumultuous 2019, life and job wise, which continued into 2020 HMRC keep changing my tax code exclusively to my financial detriment, despite me always being PAYE.

I think I need professional advice on where I stand for at least the next 12 months. I've tried HMRC, but what they tell me is different each time I call and I usually spend 2 hours on hold.

Can anyone recommend a good, friendly accountant to help?
