I'm an amateur investor who uses Trading212 for a little bit of fun (sub £200).

There've been a few IPOs of late which I've not been able to buy on launch-day, totally unavailable to buy for hours (at which point the price doubled) - Airbnb for example.

How does one go about buying into these IPOs at launch price? Do I need a broker or something? Is a few hundred laughable and I need £100k minimum?

Go easy on me

PrimaryBid website let’s you invest invest from £100 in lesser known IPOs

This weeks is cellular goods which is cbd based skin products....David beckham has thrown his hat in and invested in that one

You need a broker account setting up with a broker to hold your shares after purchase though, such as HL

Thanks Jon, I'll take a look at the website for future IPOs

I tend to steer clear of celebrity endorsed things after my Tim Henman 'signed' tennis racket didn't allow me to progress to county level. I'll give that one a miss!
