My main property is considered to be “Mixed Use” from a SDLT perspective given farm land
If i bought a new residential property, would i need to pay the additional 2nd home charge on SDLT?
Or - as my current house is considered “mixed use” - it is not considered residential, and so therefore the new property is not a second residential property?
Many thanks
