You kind of get what you pay for. Fees are cheap, which is why I went with them initially. The app and website are OK - not the slickest but do the job. Customer service is abysmal, in my recent experience.

I would agree and disagree.

Charts are shocking on both, it’s ridiculous my iPhone’s stocks app gives me better daily charting than my actual shares account can.

Website otherwise I find pretty good, app is very dated and despite being pulled down seemingly every weekend for maintenance and upgrade, nothing much ever changes.

Customer service I find very good. I’ve had to make a few queries and they respond very quickly through the secure messaging on the app.
