Creditsafe. Anyone Noticed a Problem?

Anyone using Creditsafe and noticed their substantial reductions in credit scores and ratings?
They started using a new algorithm which seem to me to be defective.
I provided 3 example companies (which had massive discrepancies) in order for them to explain how they calculated the score/ratings. Their response was "it's the algorithm innit..."
I only use Creditsafe to find target co's to buy/invest in so the scores/ratings don't affect me, but I would have thought that co's that are affected would be pretty unhappy.
