M&S Bond question
Discussion
Firstly, take a look at their credit rating:

Then try to establish why they are where they are / how do you feel the retail sector will perform in the short term i.e. likelyhood you will get repaid in 12 months.
Edit to add: if it's real, I would question why ain't M&S funding this short term cash/ bridging loan via their main Bank instead of going out to the market?

Can I get this via an isa ? I’ve not used my £20k this year or could I move cash isa money into it - to be worth it the Isa wrapper needs to be in place.

How did you come by this offer? Its (almost definitely) a scam that was mentioned on Money Saving Expert forum just a few days ago.
Id also be asking myself why this didnt set of alarm bells otherwise you probably will get stung at some point.
If you do want to invest in Bonds then WiseAlpha is the place to do it. I'm a micro shareholder via their Crowdcube/Seedrs raise (I forget which) and use it for personal and company funds. I'm averaging 6.3% across over 60 different companies so risk is well spread which is middle of the bell curve of returns their customers are getting (from their latest shareholder update)
