A VAT registered car dealer friend occasionally buys, and sells classic cars using the Margin Scheme.
He recently hired out a car from his stock out to a film company for a shoot and charged VAT on the hire invoice.
When he comes to sell this car, can he still sell it under Margin Scheme rules?
