Avast shareholders, thoughts on the Norton takeover?

I've got a small amount of Avast stock and wondering what other shareholders are thinking here. The premium feels small but with a board recommendation for the deal it feels unlikely it'll be blocked by a shareholder revolt, despite some of the larger funds apparently also saying they're getting Avast on the cheap.
