Logged into my account this morning and half my funds are missing…have an ISA which is fine, pension completely gone.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

I’ve emailed them and phone line doesn’t open until 10am.

I’m hoping it’s a computer error!

One of my funds has done the same, S and P 500 UCITS ETF suddenly showing 0 value. It's not that the money has been withdrawn, it's saying the fund is now worth nothing. Can only assume it's a glitch rather than fraud but it's a pretty serious error and has shaken my confidence in them.

Mine too, s&p, all world ftse and ftse 100 and 250 lost all the value.

Wife’s £22k turned into £13k. Told her fingers crossed it’s a glitch

Thanks so much folks so glad I’m not alone.

Fingers crossed it will get sorted pronto.

I’ll update here if I get a response.

Me too last thing I wanted to see and wife and a friend having kittens. Only when I went in investments I noticed it was world ftse’s only. Target retirement and LS seem unaffected

You do sometimes get weird glitches if you happen to logon when some sort of update is happening. I panicked the first time too, but now I just relax and check again in a few hours and it is always OK.

Please remember that the value of investments can go down as well as up.

O/T Logging into my ISA, it can take quite a while for the value to refresh. Until then it sits at zero, sometimes for what feels like a disconcertingly long time.

True but this was a complete drop to zero in two accounts.
