Looking for advice on how best to proceed with the following

Purchasing a flat in the same block as the wife and I live for my daughter whos has aspergers and wants independence but she will also need help with her day to day living such as budgeting, shopping, reminding of chores that need doing etc . Daughter is 23 and currently works 16hrs a week.

We have the funds to purchase outright but want to know how best to purchase,to hopefully escape stamp duty but also future proof and protect so that the property would always remain hers, future partners etc.
Not sure which profession we need to get advice from.

Thanks.

Mods , Not sure if this should be in finance or homes

In terms of advice, solicitors.
I would think that you would buy property in her name, and protect your interest with a 1st charge on the property. As no mortgage that would not be an issue.
But definitely seek advice from a good conveyancing solicitor.
