Import duty from Latvia to the UK ?

If I buy some car parts....cost £60....from Latvia, will I be charged import duty,vat etc ?

Same as from anywhere else in the EU whatever that situation is at the moment. Are they BMW parts?

Yes,a fraction of the price from anywhere else and supposedly genuine too.
I had a look on the relevant gov website but it wasn't totally clear
