Transferring Up CCJ

Hi

Someone owes me money and I have a ccj put against them.

Still no payment though so I think the next step is to transfer it up to the high court?

The value is £2k and the debtor has the means to pay.

We did this with a debtor the other day. High court, followed by a high court writ, followed by high court enforcement officers visit, followed by no payment.

Well done, you've done the hard bit. High Court worked for me. Tip - get their car reg if possible. Most cars are worth more than £2K and a great asset to take away, if not on finance.
