Company Director Mortgages - Net profits?

I believe there are specialist lenders who will count PAYE+Net profits instead of just PAYE+Dividends.

Can anyone point me in the direction of these lenders and what kind of rates they have seen? I can find a million articles but no names at all.

I'm a couple of years off upsizing but I like to get my ducks in a row early. I've always had lenders requirements in mind when structuring my finances in the past due to self employment.
