Recommendations for online portfolio manager / app

We're trying to get our teenage kids to get experience with investing.
First step is managing a virtual portfolio.

Any recommendations for an online portfolio manager?
Ideally with app so they can have access from their phones.

Also, any recommendations for investment learning tools/courses targeted at teenagers?

Why not give them a small amount of real money to play with using whichever of the online platforms (like HG, AJ Bell etc) offers the lowest costs. Then they'll have access to the app, research and other tools.

If done through an ISA then they can't withdraw the funds until age 18.

Maybe you could tell them to invest 50% in a global tracker fund and the other 50% is theirs to try and beat the tracker.

Google finance is very good and now allows a portfolio.
I like the links to relevant news articles and the ability to match against indexes and individual stock.
