Record ‘profits’, miserable saver rates, but no evidence of anything being expended to resolve this now customary issue.

Yes I noticed this this morning. Luckily I got paid last night but I had a standing order of around £500 due to go in this morning, I checked this morning around 10am and it still hadn't gone in, but by 1pm it had.

I have also noticed this has happened quite frequently lately. I have been with Nationwide for about 3 years, I was with HSBC for 15+ years prior and this never happened once. It's not very good.

Has your pay gone in yet? I hope so, for your sake!
