Linked address on credit report

If I see a linked address to me on my credit report that is not correct is this something I should worry about?


I rate swapped my mortgage the other month which has all gone through but HSBC appear to have created an association between my previous address from 5 years ago (that was linked to my current property) to a similar address on our development that has the same road name & number but is in the block of flats.

I have pinged the HSBC advisor an email and await their response but I need to understand what the appropriate action should be without them telling me what they think it should be.
