Leasing car through business

Sorry if this isnt in the right place, I wasnt sure where to put this. I am a partner in an LLP (one of 4) and we are looking into the best way to lease cars through the business. I know some people have set up a connected company, run some minor element of the existing business via the new company with a service contract, plus a separate contract to supply leased cars. The new company then leases the cars for the use of the partners via the LLP.

That is about the extent of what i know (or dont know!). Is there anyone on here who deals with this sort of thing and may be able to help? I am struggling to find anyone through existing contacts or just searching online.
