One for IFA-Transferring lifetime Cash ISA

Hi, can someone please help me with my situation.

I opened a cash Lifetime ISA 3 years ago when I was under 40. I have a nominal amount in the account but it is active. I am looking to move it to a stocks and shares lifetime ISA but that is proving impossible with none of the providers (AJ Bell, HL, nutmeg) allowing in a transfer as I guess its such a small market.

I heard some IFAs may be able to help by transferring to a provider like Transact (found the name on another forum). Can any IFAs offer sigg9or assistance with this?
