I want to put a £90k mortgage on one of my existing rental properties to fund a new one

Which lender do you use and what rate are you getting...? I'm feeling a bit snow blind

It will depend on a huge amount of variables......rent received, property type, your income, the type of product you want (fixed/other), the length of the rate Eg 2 year fixed, your credit commitments, number of properties owned........lots of other considerations too.....

As said above, different providers have different requirements to meet.

Just done this to purchase some more properties.

For speed, availability on the phone and rates, I've gone with The Mortgage Works.

They respond quickly and I think are pretty competitive.

5 year fixed of 2.59% suited me.

Ye I've used the mortgage works for a few of mine, their rates are usually competitive.
