Lifetime Pension Allowance

Just had some pensions options and the one that appears to be the best option for me, states at the bottom that this option is equal to 109.14% of the current lifetime allowance. Advice please.

What do you mean by options ? Is this for cashing in a DB pension ?

Is the LTA valuation based on todays values or some projection of future growth ?

How old are you ?
