Database for registering a trust?

My elderly parents have a couple of trusts set up, for children and grandchildren.
I understand that the government or financial world now require that all trusts have to be registered on a national database, which I will have to do for them.

Is this a simple process?

LF , have you had a chance to read through this yet ?
I have to complete one for my own APT and also my wife has to do similarly for hers but it is not clear to me whether as Lead Trustee I can do my own and she hers or whether I complete for hers and she mine.
I have asked my WM for a view so will post that if and when he replies.
