Hi everyone,

Quick question, I'd like to free up some equity out of my house, I'm with nationwide, who have said they don't do 'remortgages', or rather you can 'borrow' up against my house. Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar, is it pretty much the same thing?

It's a further advance from Nationwide you need, not a remortgage..........a remortgage is moving to a different lender.
