Russian Fuel and Cost of Living

Does anybody now the price per litre of fuel in Russia pre war and now? I assume that they have vast quantities so prices will be down for their people so making them happy?

Likewise heating oil and gas? Sanctions I presume hit a few, but in reality, Joe Public is very happy with their lot right now, conversely this side of the fence we have very unhappy people.

Probably pennies. I’ve not been to russia but I’ve not long returned from China and fuel costs were next to nothing.
