If I use this does the loan payment I have being paid from this account move yo a new bank.

Ie i have a nationwide account with a nationwide loan being paid from it. If I were to use the current account swith to another bank is everything still paid automatically?

Yes.

But be aware that Nationwide might want their loan repaid. I doubt it, but I guess it's possible.

Also any overdraft must be cleared before you go.
