Easiest way to set up a quick direct debit?

I've a bank account that I have one direct debit a month and I need two as I want to switch accounts to get a switching bonus.

I have a pay pal direct debit already. I don't have access to apps so can't use plum or moneybox.

I tried to set up a charity direct debit but they won't take the money for 4 weeks.

Any suggestions?
