Multiple properties with one mortgage?

Does such a thing exist?

I’ve a few properties which don’t have mortgages on them and need to raise some funds for another venture. But rather than having single BTL mortgages on them, is there anything out there where I can just have the one loan secured against them all?

Yes, there are lenders who offer portfolio lending......don't expect rates to be comparable to single property rates though.....

I had a call with the owner of the company that manages my BTL and he revealed he has 30 properties on one BTL variable mortgage. The reason for this is if there are any problems it allows him to easily sell properties.

This was however before the recent increases in interest rates, I dread to think what his current monthly mortgage cost is.
