Now i've left royal mail all my company shares have been removed from the company share incentive plan into royal mail nominee share service .

Now if i want to sell them i can only do it thru the nominee share service or i can pay $25 and get the share certificate , is it worth getting the share certificate ?

Eventually i plan on selling the shares and sticking the cash into my vanguard trackers .

When I was in the same position a few years ago, I received a letter outlining my options. I chose to sell and paid a small fee. Pretty certain the letter arrived a few weeks, maybe a month, after I left. I could have transferred them into a Self Trade account (or whatever its called nowadays) and paid an annual fee.

I don't know who was / is managing the SIP you were in but imagine its the same company that managed mine. I only say that because Mrs J works there and was involved in the Royal Mail IPO a few years ago!
