student loans question

Hi.

If a student goes to uni on a 3 year course for example.

Does that mesn 6 student loans?
Ie a fees loan and a maintenance loan each year.

Rules for repayment starting this year are repay 9% of sny earnings over 22k p/a.

Is that 9% for the total of all loans, or will it be 6 x 9% over 22k?
Ie repay 9% for each loan.

No, it all gets added together as one final sum. Unless they do a postgraduate, then it is 2 seperate figures
