Paying into my s&s ISA am I better off paying in once a month or every week? I mean it's not a huge amount only 100 a month overall but it's alongside other savings and pensions.

Or is it not worth worrying about as it's such a small amount

The latter, I'd say.

Is there a fee each time you invest? If so you'd be paying higher fees for no benefit IMHO.

Longer term doesn’t matter a jot.

Only matters when you get volatility over the period of investment, but over the longer term markets tend to trend up. So the earlier you’re invested the better.
