App savings account, no trace ( asking for a friend )

A friend is looking for a savings account to put circa 20k into with instant access, ideally an app based, paper free environment.
Looking around there seems to be a few at approximately 4.5%

Anyone got any recommendations please? Not a full bank account, purely a savings platform for a one off lump sum to sit for a rainy day

'No trace'... an interesting requirement.

In the long term I'm sure we'll see a rise in orphan funds as people die, everything is on an 'app', their phones are locked and executors won't know how much they money they had or where it is.
