Accountant/tax advisor recommendation

Hi all,

I'm trying to help a family member to find a good tax advisor/accountant. Their situation is that they have an Approved Retirement Fund (ARF) based in Ireland but live in UK. Its not permitted to move this out of Ireland without significant penalties and indeed it has some particular tax rules for overseas receivers. The tax treatment in Ireland is clear, however the advice is required on the UK taxation and double taxation treatment.

Any advice / recommendations gratefully appreciated!
