As per title. They seem to be offering the best cash isa rate but I've not come across them before.

Are they reputable and trustworthy? Comments?

Started a LISA with them last October. Really happy with ‘em. Good app. Very much an app-based effort with support by chatbot but it’s worked for me. Like most I suppose they offer good new customer rates but expect them to be much more ordinary after a year.

I have a S&S ISA with them. I use it as a piggy bank- they have a 'round up transaction' feature which links to your bank account, rounds it up, collects and deposits into the ISA. Also collects £25 a week from my bank account. Ive paid my commission i've earned this year into it etc etc.

I'd have no problem opening up a cash ISA with them- in fact i intend to in the new financial year.

I have a cash ISA and other bits and bobs with them and absolutely no issues or problems at all. Very good online help and the round up system is great, nice to be putting money aside without thinking about it.

I have some cash and S&S ISAs with them, so far so good and withdrawal was fast when I needed it.

The reason for my post is they are now advertising drawdown pension accounts, with regular or ad hoc withdrawals, and more to the point their annual fee is capped at £150.

I have 6 pensions and will be retiring in the next year or two. I had looked at PensionBee for simplifying/rationalising all my pensions, but was put off by their fees. This looks just the ticket.

Has anyone tried it yet (it is a recent innovation for them but thought I’d bring it up smile)?

I transferred a couple of ISA's over earlier in the year as they have an introductory offer of a bonus rate on cash ISA's. Transfer was simple, probably took 48 hours for the money to appear. Also started a s&s ISA with some etf's ... simple enough to set up. The app is a little dated in its feel if I was to be critical but as a service, all good so far.

They are FSCS protected and regulated, which is why many use them for the high rates. The app is decent, just check for withdrawal restrictions first.

Being pedantic, Moneybox itself doesn't have FSCS protection for cash savings, but the banks that it places your money with do.

Also, I see that Moneybox just cut its Cash ISA rate by 0.75% to 4.00%. That's because the introductory 12-month bonus has dropped from 1.30% to 0.55%.
