hello all

have bought a new house, all the deposit was mine

id like her to sign something that says if anything happens i get all my deposit back and then the rest is split 50/50 (we will be sharing mortgage payments)

we are not married
no kids

what do i need?

A time machine or an understanding GF . Jokes aside, quick session with a family law practice . Easy admin style contract ...here is our share of house, deposit is mine type thing, An actual solicitor greatly reduces chance of ww3 if it goes per shaped at home .
