i keep googling but most of the results are stale and from previous years

i already have opened in this tax year paragon fixed rate with 10k in , our savings intrest is nudging the 1000£ limit so can i also open paragon cash access isa with up to 10k so that i dont pay tax on it yet have some access if needed

so 2x isa's with a total of 20k or less , same provider if that matters
