king hate HSBC.
They have blocked my account again,only unblocked when I send them a copy of my Passport and a proof of address.
This has happened again because,apparently,some post has been returned to them.
They have my correct address but I’m guessing the idiots don’t pay enough postage to France.
Why is it the customer is always inconvenienced,answer all the security questions and still get nowhere.
