As above really, I've learned about an ongoing scam attempt on an elderly relative. It involves Lloyd's shares.

He's emailed copies of dividend confirmation statements as requested. What's the angle? What information are they after?

Fca are getting a call in the morning....

Sending a mail with small phishing script should they find a indication of more than xxxx money.
Something like that?

Not sure that the FCA is going to be of much use, unless you think that Lloyds Bank is trying to scam him.

You'd be better off contacting Action Fraud: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

Very limited backstory hence the enquiry.

As I said, all they have asked for are dividend confirmation statements.

Mails are clean as far as I can see. I don't understand the angle hence the question...
