Just be aware that messages are deleted after a month. This makes no sense to me as cases invariably last a lot longer than that. So if you want to keep a trail, don't rely on the FOS messaging portal.
It is called 'secure', but only secure until contents are automatically deleted before the case is concluded... bonkers.
