Its just a scenario, but say LTD has sold its commercial premises and owners decide to WFH.
Is it unreasonable to put proceeds of sale into SIPP? Assuming the company had profits to cover it?
Or is there some other issue with this?

You would be limited by the annual allowance, but you can carry this forward if you have previous unused allowances.

No all used previous years, but could be paid in over the next few years as business will probably now become smaller via WFH vs its previous size? I probably didn't explain that.
Its not me, asking for a friend.

Well a business can certainly make regular pension payments.

Might be worth investigating if they can split the payments to a partner if that suits.

Pension payments need to be considered from a company and individual perspective, and in relation to yearly profits. Your friend will be best speaking to their accountant to confirm what would be classed as acceptable by HMRC based on your own circumstances.
