I have some money with MoneyBox and I want to transfer it to Trading 212. Trading 212 require a sort code and account number for where the transfer is coming from, but MoneyBox only uses your NI number. I don't know how to get the money transferred out of MoneyBox and into Trading 212. I was wondering if anyone had had a similar issue. Help!

Have you tried emailing T212? They're quite helpful.

Chat in the app works reasonably well.

Ask for a human early on.

You should have a nominated account from which you funded Moneybox - the account number etc will be on the transaction statement when you opened the account

I have been told by Trading 212 to use my NI number as the account number and 000000 as the sort code - both on chat and by email. The online form doesn't accept my NI number as an account number - neither with nor without the letters. I'll let you know what they say next...
