With all these talks of cash ISA limits being reduced, what would be the implication of all UK cash ISA holders moving their funds to S&S ISAs?

Total value of all ISAs was around £725 billion
About 40% of all ISA funds are held in cash
So about £300 billion is cash ISA

Total value of UK stock market is around £4,000 billion (£4 trillion)

Would the sudden investment of an additional £300 billion move the market? I imagine it would, although perhaps not by very much.
